Hilltop Haven was all about turning a challenging hillside into a finished, resort-style property. The existing concrete pool sat in a unique position, with half above grade and half below, so the goal was to rebuild the space in a way that felt intentional, comfortable, and tied into the terrain.
We completed a full concrete pool revamp, wrapping one side with a composite deck for clean lines and easy access. Large flagstone on the other side creates a natural transition into the hillside and landscape.
Natural stone anchors the property with granite walls, steps, and garden beds. A timber-frame structure and outdoor kitchen enhance hosting, while a private flagstone firepit adds a quiet gathering spot.
