Cedarcroft isn’t just a name—it’s a legacy. It comes from a multigenerational family farm in Mono Mills. The farm was sold, but we wanted the name—and what it stood for—to live on: hard work, stewardship, and doing things the right way.

How We Started
In 2009, we launched with one crew, a small set of tools, and a simple promise: build quality spaces and treat people right. No billboards, no big campaigns—just honest work and word of mouth.
How We Grew
Project by project, our clients referred us to their friends, neighbours, and family. That trust fueled steady, sustainable growth. We added skilled people, expanded our capabilities, and kept raising the bar on craftsmanship and communication.
Where We Are Now
Today, Cedarcroft is a multidisciplinary team delivering outdoor living, residential construction, and interior renovations under one roof. Different specialties, one standard: thoughtful design, careful execution, and results built to last.

THE
TEAM
Zach grew up on construction sites and founded Cedarcroft in 2009 with a simple mindset: do the work right and sweat the details. He studied Landscape Construction and Horticulture at Niagara College, pairing hands-on experience with solid technical training. Known for an exceptional eye for detail and calm, practical leadership, Zach’s standards carry through every stage so that by the final walkthrough, clients aren’t just happy; they’re fully confident the work will stand the test of time. Off the job, you’ll find him at local arenas coaching youth lacrosse and hockey.

Chris studied Business Administration at Niagara College and completed a post-graduate program in International Business & Logistics at Sheridan College. He brings more than 15 years of nationally recognized management experience to Cedarcroft, first meeting the team as a client and then joining in 2021 after seeing the quality of their work firsthand. Starting with your initial consultation, Chris will keep your project organized and you informed, ensuring it is on time, on budget, and exceeds your expectations. Off the job, he enjoys time with his family and volunteering on the ski hill with the Canadian Ski Patrol.
