Communication
Communication stays open and frequent.
You’ll know what’s happening this week and what’s coming next with site updates, selection deadlines, and any decisions that keep the project moving. We make sure there are no surprises and every choice is intentional.
Structure
The bones come first and clean finishes follow.
For new builds, we focus first on structure and envelope, foundations and framing done right, air/water barriers sealed, and mechanicals laid out for performance and serviceability. We coordinate trades, manage inspections, and keep the site safe and organized so quality isn’t something we check at the end, it’s baked in at every stage.
Renovations
Renovations demand a different kind of care.
We protect what’s staying, control dust, and sequence work to respect your day-to-day life. Hidden conditions are addressed with clear options and costs before we proceed. When new meets old, we obsess over transitions, levels, lines and profiles so the finished space feels a part of the home, not an afterthought.
Materials
Material selections are guided by durability, availability, and fit for purpose.

At handover, we don’t just tour the space.
