A Modern Backsplit Reimagined
Elevated Living began as a 1960s, 1,400 sq ft back-split and was transformed into a fully reimagined 3,300 sq ft home. The goal was to keep the property’s familiar footprint while creating a much more refined, modern space that feels custom in every detail.
The renovation included a full remodel and addition, highlighting architecture and craftsmanship. Steel roof, timber-frame entrance, and stone finishes create a timeless exterior, while custom millwork and stone fireplaces warm the interior.
What makes this project especially memorable is how it was delivered. Our in-house team completed the build from start to finish in just eight months, managing every phase with the same attention to detail, clear communication, and pride in workmanship that the final product reflects.
